Please reach us at info@rockymountainwash.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We are open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days per week.
We accept all major cards and digital payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Please note that, due to increased concerns around crime and vandalism, we’ve transitioned to a cashless payment system to ensure a safer and more secure experience for our customers and staff.
Yes, we operate throughout the winter—it's actually our busiest season! Our wash features heated water, warm air dryers, and heated customer areas. However, if temperatures consistently drop below -25°C throughout the day, we may close to protect our equipment and prevent issues like frozen locks after washing.
Yes, but precautions can help prevent freezing:
- Use lock de-icer: Spray de-icer in your locks after exiting the wash.
- Turn your keys in each lock: This helps displace any remaining moisture.
- Dry door jambs: Wipe the door frames and jambs to prevent water from freezing.
These steps will keep your vehicle protected and ensure you can access it without issue after washing.
The minimum charge to activate our self-serve bays is $5.
Our self-serve pay stations place a $50 pre-authorization hold to prevent accidental large transactions if the machine is left running. This amount will be refunded automatically within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Each location may have slight variations, but the standard height limit is 9 feet in our self serve bays. If you are unsure, please contact your local Rocky Mountain Wash for confirmation before your visit.
You’re welcome to dry your vehicle inside when the bays aren’t busy. However, if there's high traffic, you may be asked to move to an outdoor parking space or vacuum area to continue drying.
Our self-serve bays are equipped with everything you need to give your vehicle the care it deserves! To ensure the best results and uphold our environmental standards, we kindly ask that you do not bring any external tools or products, such as brushes, sponges, or buckets. This helps us maintain the quality of our equipment and ensures a safe, eco-friendly wash for everyone.
Our automatic wash tunnel accommodates most stock vehicles. However, please check your vehicle’s dimensions, as we have a maximum height limit of 7' 3" ( 2.25 m) and CAN accommodate vehicles with dual rear wheels (duallies).
If your vehicle has modifications such as ladder racks or roof boxes, these will need to be removed before entering the wash. Alternatively, you can choose to retract the brushes on one side for a safer wash experience.
If your windshield has a chip or crack, please exercise caution, as temperature changes from the wash water can cause the damage to spread. While our wash is generally safe, cold weather can increase the likelihood of cracks expanding.
Please note that we are not responsible for any further damage to pre-existing windshield cracks or chips. We recommend addressing the damage before washing to avoid potential issues.
In most cases, yes! Just ensure the truck bed is completely empty before entering the wash to avoid damage to your vehicle and others. Please note that side mirrors, oversized tires, or off-road modifications may not be compatible with our wash system. For specific concerns, contact your local Rocky Mountain Wash.
As long as these items do not exceed the maximum height restrictions, yes.
Many of our customers successfully bring vehicles with after-market accessories through our wash. However, we can only guarantee the safety of factory-installed parts on vehicles less than five years old. While we do our best to ensure a smooth wash experience, some accessories may carry a risk of damage.
Yes, soft-top convertibles are welcome in our wash, provided the top is in good condition with no signs of wear, tears, or leaks. This ensures a safe and effective wash without any risk of damage or water entering the vehicle.
Yes, we do! For more information, please contact us at info@rockymountainwash.ca or give us a call to speak directly with our manager. We’d be happy to discuss a plan tailored to meet your fleet’s needs.
For Fleet Accounts, each vehicle or driver receives a unique Fleet Card. Your monthly invoice will detail each card's usage across our locations.
For invoice inquiries, please contact our accounting department at the issuing location or email info@rockymounatinwash.ca. For account questions, reach out to your Fleet Coordinator or the same email address.
Fleet accounts operate on a monthly billing cycle, with invoices sent between the 1st and 6th of the following month. Charges will reflect services provided in the previous month.
You'll receive a detailed, itemized invoice that includes individual Fleet Card numbers, wash dates, and times. Supporting documents will provide usage logs for self-serve and truck wash activities at each of your account locations.
Currently, we do not support automatic payments for fleet accounts due to third-party processing of all financial transactions.
We accept payments via credit card, EFT, or e-transfer.
There’s no minimum number of vehicles required to join our fleet program. We welcome fleets of all sizes, from 3 to 300 cars.
Fleet accounts receive up to 10 complimentary wash cards. Any additional wash cards beyond the limit will incur a $5 fee.
